1. Acknowledge the problem.

2. Analyze the factors that is causing the problem.

3. List some interventions you can use to resolve this problem.

4. Evaluate the best solutions

5. Implement the plan.

6. Access to see if it worked if not repeat.


WHAT, WHO, WHERE, WHEN, WHY, HOW?


  • WHAT is the problem?

  • WHO is participating in the problem?

  • WHERE does the problem exist? Is this a place you can avoid?

  • If not WHEN does the problem exist? Is there a way you can change the time to be present at the location where the problem Exits?

  • WHY do you think the problem exist? Are you doing anything to cause the problem?

  • If not then HOW can you change your actions to eliminate the problem?


You can not change the actions of others but you can change how you address it.
