  • WHAT is the problem?

  • WHO is participating in the problem?

  • WHERE does the problem exist? Is this a place you can avoid?

  • If not WHEN does the problem exist? Is there a way you can change the time to be present at the location where the problem Exits?

  • WHY do you think the problem exist? Are you doing anything to cause the problem?

  • If not then HOW can you change your actions to eliminate the problem?

You can not change the actions of others but you can change how you address it.
