Customer Service


When trying to attract customers, you need to present your product or services as a need to them vs a want. What are the benefits of your product or services is more appealing than the service or product alone. This should part of your elevator speech.


Once your products and services are offered what techniques are you using to make them become repeating customers? How are you thanking them? Do you send out follow up emails, phone calls, or even a welcome gift?


Word of mouth is one of the most efficient tools of attracting prospective customers. Do you have a website or social media account where your customers can comment on your product or services?


When you product or services I not what your customers expected, do you offer a refund? Full, partial, replacement or credit? Do you have a time limit?


How do you deal with irate customers? Even though social media is a good tool to advertise with, it can also be a downfall if you have an unsatisfied customer. What steps have you created to prevent this? PLEASE SHARE!
