Why should I hire you?
This is one of the most common and important interview questions that you will be asked. The employer gives you several opportunities for you to sell yourself. Use this opportunity to give the employer a confirmation that you are the best choice for this position. Sell Yourself!
DO NOT answer this question with because you need a job! I’m pretty sure there are a tons out there that does. What can you offer the company? Don’t downplay it and say you feel you are the best candidate. Tell them why! Have a sales pitch!
