Program Structure

The Independent Living Skills Program is delivered through five structured workshops, each lasting six weeks. Each workshop focuses on a key area of personal and professional development designed to help participants build independence, confidence, and long-term stability.

The program equips participants with practical life skills, workforce readiness training, financial literacy education, and personal development strategies that promote long-term self-sufficiency and responsible decision-making.

Our Entrepreneurship Program is a structured four-part training series designed to equip aspiring and emerging business owners with the foundational knowledge, practical tools, and financial understanding necessary to build sustainable ventures.

 

This program moves participants from idea to operational readiness with step-by-step guidance, structured workbooks, and real-world business applications.

Is Starting a Business Right for You?

Build Your Foundation Before You Launch. Participants explore the core components of starting a business, including:

  • Business structures (For-Profit, Nonprofit, Goods or Services)

  • Target market identification & research tools

  • Management roles and responsibilities

  • Mission, vision, and brand development

  • Clarifying long-term goals

This workshop ensures participants make informed decisions before investing time and capital.

Winning Business Plan

Design a Clear Roadmap for Success. Participants learn how to create a structured, professional business plan, including:

  • Executive summary development

  • Business description and positioning

  • Marketing strategy

  • Operations planning

  • Human resources planning

By the end of this module, participants will have a comprehensive draft business plan ready for refinement and presentation.
